If you purchase any One Oral B Electric Toothbrush, not necessary through Walmart, you can get $7 coupons from Oral B for replacement heads by registering your purchase at OralB. Once you have completed the registeration, click on Save $7 and another form will pop up, fill it out the form to get the coupons mail to you.
Unfortunately the $16 deal is no longer available at Walmart, however, the $20 rebate is still valid.
